The past few days have been a whirl. Bf bought a power boat a few states away from us. We left Thursday night, slept about four hours, drove the rest of the way, picked up the boat, and came home. There is nothing quite like a long road trip to both make you spend money and save money. I spent $4 on things to drink while on the road. Bf bought most of the food, since this was "his" trip.
It wasn't quite what I was planning when I took a vacation day, but sometimes you do stuff for the people you love even when you don't want to do them.
I spent $15 at the grocery store for milk, cheese, and crackers on our way home last night.
Today was (of course) spent on the water. Bf needed to play with his new toy. We pretty much spent all day in the boat. I didn't spend anything today. I will admit here that I am not a boat person, so this isn't something that gets me all excited. It's fine, but I would never go on my own.
I need to save the $9 for gas for the Bug. That should put me at $0. Now to just not spend any money except that $9 for the next three days. It is not going to be easy, but I'm going to do house cleaning/ organizing stuff tomorrow. Monday is work and Tuesday is work and spin. I think I can; I think I can.
Day 26, 27, 28 Numbers:
Spend: $19
Left: $9
In: $1.20 cans, found 14 cents
What day is it? Oh yeah, Day 28
